Warranty Information

One (1) Year Limited Warranty

The One (1) Year Limited Warranty guarantees to the original retail purchaser, from the date of purchase, that the Koala Bottle product is free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of defective item(s), and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty extends only to retail purchases made directly by authorized dealers or distributors and is subject to the following Warranty Limitations and Warranty Exclusions set forth below. The warranty requires that Koala Bottle is only used accompanying accessories (i.e. bolts and washers) or approved accessories sold separately.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty Limitations of Koala Bottle is subject to the following terms: (1) for 1 year from date of purchase, (2) non transferable, (3) guaranteed only for its intended use, (4) subject to proof of purchase (i.e. original receipt from merchant). Manufacturer may, at its discretion, repair the alleged defect at no charged, provide a new product as an exchange or exchange the product with one functionally equivalent to an original.  Warranty of merchantability and fitness for its particular purpose is subject to the express aforementioned terms. Manufacturer is not liable for any loss, dissatisfaction, damage (whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) resulting from breach of express or implied warranty or condition, of merchantability, condition or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise.  No company or person (including employees or agents of SANTC Group) is authorized to modify, enlarge or extend the terms of the warranty or make any other warranty, express or implied, on behalf of SANTC Group.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty Exclusions include product that has been modified (i.e. removal of magnets for other uses), neglect, poor maintenance, misuse, abuse, use outside its fitness for particular purpose or failure to follow care and installation instructions, product sold or distributed by SANTC Group but covered by warranty of another seller, purchased used or in not-new condition without original packaging, damaged resulting from improper assembly or installation, used with non compatible accessories or accessories made by other manufacturers. Warranty also excludes normal wear or damage not affecting function or use of the product, any costs associated with returning or shipping warranted or non warranted products, commercial claims made by any merchant, retailer, commercial seller or reseller (not on behalf of an individual consumer).

Warranty Service

may be obtained by bringing or sending the warranted product and the seller’s original receipt to the authorized dealer or distributor that made the original sale. If the warranty of the dealer or distributor has expired but coverage is within the 1 year limited warranty of SANTC Group, please mail the damaged items to
